1. What kind of jewelry does Tvisa sell?
We offer thoughtfully designed, high-quality 925 sterling silver jewelry with options in rose gold plating, rhodium finish, and more. Our range includes earrings, rings, necklaces, bracelets, and statement pieces—crafted to be stylish, durable, and wearable every day.

2. Are your products real silver?
Yes! All our jewelry is made from authentic 925 sterling silver, and every piece comes with a certificate of authenticity.

3. Is your jewelry safe for sensitive skin?
Absolutely. Our pieces are crafted to be skin-friendly. But everyone’s skin is unique, so we recommend a patch test or checking with a dermatologist if you’re unsure.

4. Will the jewelry tarnish over time?
Like all silver jewelry, mild tarnishing can happen over time. We use premium polishing and plating, like rhodium and rose gold plating, to increase longevity and shine. Plus, we include a care guide to help you keep it glowing!

5. Are the stones real diamonds?
Nope! We use AAA+ grade cubic zirconia stones that are brilliant alternatives to diamonds—just as sparkly, far more affordable.

6. How do I place an order on Tvisa.co?
Browse your favorites, click “Add to Cart,” and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive updates on email and phone. Easy!

7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available in select areas—check at checkout.

8. Can I change or cancel my order once placed?
If you reach out within 2 hours of placing the order, we’ll do our best. After that, changes may not be possible as the order could be in processing.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

9. Where do you ship?
We currently ship across India. If you're outside India, contact us and we’ll try to find a way!

10. How long will delivery take?
We usually dispatch in 1–3 working days. Delivery takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location. We’ll keep you posted throughout.

11. Is shipping free?
Yes, for most prepaid orders. A small fee may apply for COD or remote locations—it will be shown at checkout.

12. How can I track my order?
You’ll get a tracking link by email/SMS after dispatch. You can also use the Track Your Order page.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

13. Can I return or exchange my jewelry?
Yes, within a reasonable period from delivery, and if the item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings are not returnable. Please see our return policy for more.

14. My item arrived damaged. What now?
Oh no! Please email us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing pictures. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
