What’s not covered
- Non-Tvisa or counterfeit items, or items without reasonable proof of purchase.
- Structural repairs (breakage, bent parts, missing stones, worn prongs, chain snaps, resizing). If needed, we’ll share a paid repair quote first.
- Third-party alterations before service (including resizing/repairs).
- Heat/chemical-sensitive stones or special finishes (oxidised/antique/black/enamel) where re-plating may alter the look—we’ll advise alternatives.

No. The service is strictly re-plating and polishing. If stone or prong work is needed, we’ll quote a separate repair with your approval.
